We act as an independent seller of Fully Loaded products and as part of our service we pre-load Kodi (a registered trademark of the XBMC Foundation), RetroArch, popular 3rd party Kodi ‘builds,’ and other available apps. We are not affiliated with app or build  developers in any way.

The pre-loaded Kodi builds incorporate a large number of 3rd party Kodi add-ons. The developers of add-ons within these builds can choose to discontinue work on an add-on at any time, which may render that add-on non-functional.  For this reason it may be necessary have a device updated every so often.

It is possible for system corruption and various anomalies, as with any operating system/application.  We will remedy any problems free of charge (other than shipping costs, when applicable) if they occur within a 2 week window of purchase.  Tips are provided on the website to avoid and repair potential problems that can occur.  Repairs/Rebuilds to the system will incur a cost.  If the issue is a hardware problem or an issue with the operating system that cannot be repaired, no charge will be incurred for non-repaired items, other than potential shipping costs.

Our customers are wholly responsible for the content they stream using our Fully Loaded products and we will also not be held responsible for any offense or harm caused by the viewing of adult material using our product.

We do not host or upload any copyrighted video, films, media file, live streams (avi, mov, flv, mpg, mpeg, divx, dvd rip, mp3, mp4, torrent, ipod, psp, etc.). We take no responsible for the accuracy, compliance, copyright, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the content streamed using our products.

Devices sold may be new or certified refurbished.  Both new and refurbished will be checked for functionality during setup and both carry the same Amazon warranty.
